His core competency is in Projects & Engineering with process Benchmarking on a worldwide scale, he has handled and been instrumental in setting up manufacturing units from scratch to stabilizing & Optimizing operations.
He has headed green field Projects and has been instrumental in benchmarking, Business Process analysis & improvements for critical and Large Businesses.
Karan is now a full-time consultant driving Helios Engineering's foray into strategic Business consulting for Engineering & Operational systems, Lean Manufacturing, Automotive components, Defense components, Pharma CGMP systems & Project Management. He is also a trainer for TQM, Lean Manufacturing & Operational Excellence through Best Practices.

Praveen Kharbanda is a Chemical Engineer with over 30 years of experience with leading Pharmaceutical, Chemicals, Food processing and Diary, Apparel, Acrylic Staple Fibre, Garments manufacturing facilities.
He has a vast experience in collaborative businesses with Hitachi, Japan, DupontInc, USA etc. His core competency being in Process and Project Engineering, co-ordination with Technology suppliers, Equipment suppliers and has been instrumental in setting up manufacturing units.
Praveen is an associate consultant with Helios Engineering for all projects which synergise chemical processes and engineering.
